Found out about Bailey Tires Inc. from the internet and had been in communication(e-mails) with Dan Jr. for the last two weeks going over which selected Tires he’d recommend and finally a scheduled appointment to have all Five Tires replaced prior to visiting the store. (Schedule your appointment if you need service done!!)
The workshop is a open concept for you to see what they’re actually doing while waiting and I had the pleasure to meet and talk to both Dan Jr.(Tire specialist) and Dom(Congrats!!) Dan Jr. showed me the actual tires(all Five tires) that was going to be replaced unto your vehicle.
I would highly recommend to any Canadians to check out their store and Dan Jr. is really efficient in replying all e-mails ..... regardless.

I just wanted to thank you again for the service (and the savings) on my Toyo tires. As an American living in Canada I still suffer from "Stick Shock" when I have to go make certain purchases. It's good to know that I can cross the border to save so much money. Canadian Tire here in Milton quoted me $351 per tire to replace the tires on my BMW 328i. I cannot believe how fast those guys took my car in and got it ready.
At Canadian tire I was quoted about $625 for my Fusion AND THAT’S WITH BUY ONE GET ONE AT HALF PRICE SALE. At Bailey?? Just under $400. Almost ½ Price. I’m a regular “Buffalo” traveler for many things, but Bailey tire is just another one on my list.
And most of all congrats to Dan who is “awaken” to how the world works. Great discussion about George Carlin, Bill Cooper ,etc. I obviously with no doubt will refer friends and co-workers to your shop. We need to send a message to Canadian businesses that the gouging must stop!!!, but we can’t be too vocal either, because we don’t want those guys to go under. It’s surely worth the 120 miles of distance.

I 'd just like to say again that while low prices are a factor in my buying decision, I was more impressed and swayed by the way you do business. It is refreshing to find a business that makes the customer feel like king and that remembers, "Customers make pay days possible". Below is a copy of what I posted in 2 VW van groups I belong to. These groups are where I started my tire research back in early Jan. Feel free to use it on your website.
I had my new Hankook RA 08 195/75R14C tires installed last Sat. With only the 150 m. drive from Buffalo NY to Barrie ON under my belt it's hard to give an opinion, but the difference from 4 mismatches to new was evident 10" out of the tire shop lot.
With the moderator's kind permission I would like to give the tire shop an unabashed plug simply because they seemed very keen to EARN my business. Bailey Tire in Buffalo is worth a look for any Canadians living in the Golden Horseshoe for any tire needs. The prices are much lower than tire prices in Canada and the 10% discount offered to Cdn. customers offsets the exchange rate. My RA 08's were never imported to Canada and at $500 US for 5 tires, all in, I think I drove away with a great deal and I know I got great service!

Anyway, I wanted to let you know that we had a snow storm couple days ago and the XI2 snow tires work perfectly on snow and ice. I highly recommend these tires to anyone. Another benefit, they run nice with no road noise on dried road.
Also, thank you for a great balancing job.
About the tire pressure light keeps coming on. This happens because there should be pressure sensor inside each tire (the stem should be metal type and sensor attached to the other end of stem). I found out that the Summer tires have these sensors but not the Winter tires. No sensor the monitor won't work. Thus, there is no fault from these snow tires.
We will certainly come back again for our tire needs. Also, thanks for helping us to pass border with our old tires.
